We are happy that you have taken the time to view our website with the possibility of considering to use us for your next event.  Below we have furnished you with a list of events and services that we will be able to offer you if you choose to use our DJ Service.  We have also included a brief statement on the policies of our organization

 · Professional Sound System: DJ Mixer /
   Graphic Equalizer / Dual Laser CD players /
   10 Channel Power Amp / 4 to 6 Speakers
    
 · Public Announcer Support : 4 Microphones ,and 2 wireless mic's
   
 · Attire: DJ's  will be appropriately dress for your event.


 · Master of Ceremony: Duties to include special presentations,
   and  announcements. ***additional costs will apply


 · Give-a-ways: Special gifts are awarded to guest according to
    the event.


 · Music Program: Customize your own song list.


 · General Music Selections: Pre Select up to 30 of your favorite
   Christian songs.


 · Basic Lighting: 4 Strobe lights, and Laser Lights .( Additional Fee )


 · Effects : fog machine and Bubbles.( Additional Fee )


 · Musical Consultations: 5 Total (phone/ email / or face to face).


 · Continuous Christian Music Mix: You and your guest will enjoy
   the best mixes of today’s Christian Music for;

*Wedding  Reception*


           When your guests arrive at the hall, they will be greeted by the sounds of smooth music playing in the dining hall. The beautifully decorated room, accompanied by the sounds of soft smooth jazz will allow the party to enjoy their fellowship while awaiting the arrival of the wedding party.  Requests for special music will be accepted during the waiting period.

            Once the wedding party arrives, if requested, we will announce the wedding party as they are being seated.  During the remainder of the engagement, we will MC any events that are scheduled to take place by the bride and the groom.  We will provide a play list library for special request.


* For other events:


             We request that you inform us of any special arrangements at the time of contract signing.

** Sorry, we do not provide Karaoke


Policy

It is the policy of 1 Accord Christian DJ Service that all events must have a contract signed 3-6 months prior to the engagement.  We are aware sometimes the special situations may arise like a DJ canceling and we may need to be contacted as a back up.  We gladly will accept the offer and if available, work to assist you with your event.  1 Accord Christian DJ Service also requires a $100 retainers fee to secure the date of the engagement. All music request must be submitted 3 months prior to the engagement to assure easy acquisition of needed material. We request that communication be made consistently to keep both parties informed of the status of the preparation of the event.   No checks will be accepted for payment.  Only cash payments will be accepted and must be given to DJ prior to starting the event.  This assures timely payment as most events will be out of state locations for the DJ and check payments take a substantial amount of time for clearance.
